North Middlesex Youth Lacrosse is a volunteer led non-profit organization. Our Board Members, Coaches, and Volunteers dedicate countless hours year-round and are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all.  

• Coaching and Guidance - Our Coaches provide instruction, mentorship, and feedback helping players improve their skills and understanding of the game. 
• Skill Development - Focus on teaching fundamental skills through drills and practice sessions
• Physical Fitness - Players will develop strength, agility and endurance
• Teamwork and Sportsmanship - Learning the importance of working together both on and off the field

NMYLA is open to boys and girls enrolled in Kindergarten through 8th Grade.
