The Board of Directors work collaboratively to uphold our mission, manage organizational operations, and promote an inclusive and positive experience for all players and families.

Key responsibilities of the Board include:

• Setting organizational goals and policies

• Managing budget and financial oversight

• Supporting fundraising and sponsorship efforts

• Ensuring compliance with safety and MASS YOUTH LAX regulations

All board members are subject to an annual Massachusetts State CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) check.
